FAQs

DO YOU SEND A WIDE VARIETY OF ITEMS IN YOUR CLUBS?

Yes, we are constantly tasting and trying new gourmet foods to add to the selections that we send in each gift club.


CAN I CHOOSE WHAT ITEMS I WANT?

We do not offer personal selections. Part of joining a gift club is being pleasantly surprised every month with our gourmet selections.


WHAT IF MY RECIPIENT MOVES?

You or your recipient can notify us and we will adjust the remaining months on your gift club to send the items to the new location.


DOES THE MEMBERSHIP RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?

No, we do not automatically renew your memberships. If you would like to renew a membership, you can either order online or call our customer service number.


CAN I SELECT SPECIFIC MONTHS FOR THE GIFT CLUB?

You can select the start month, but not specific months.  If there are certain circumstances, feel free to contact our customer service representatives.


IS THERE AN EXPIRATION DATE ON YOUR GIFT CARDS?

No, there are no expiration dates on any of our gift cards.


WHAT IF MY GIFT DOES NOT ARRIVE?

You can call or email our customer service and we will assist you in locating and or replacing your gift.


DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERIES?

Only for alcohol related gift clubs. Otherwise, someone does not need to be home to receive the packaged gift clubs.


WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY GIFTS?

We stand behind every gift we send. Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise.


DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

At this time we do not ship outside of the United States.  There are also restrictions on which states we can send alcohol related gift clubs to (see individual alcohol related clubs for more details).


DO YOU SHIP TO P.O.BOXES OR A.P.O. BOXES?

Unfortunately, we do not. We only ship to residential and business addresses.


HOW DO YOU SHIP THE GIFT CLUBS?

Depending on the club you choose and the recipients location, we use Fedex, UPS and USPS for our deliveries.


DO YOU INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH EACH DELIVERY?

Yes, every delivery includes a Stardustgiftclubs.com card with an option to add a personal message to a recipient.


DO MEMBERS OF THE WINE, BEER OR ANY LIQUOR CLUB HAVE TO BE 21 YEARS OF AGE?

YES!!!!! The recipient as well as the purchaser both have to be 21 years of age.  In order for the recipient to receive any alcoholic gift club, they must show I.D. upon delivery to receive their gift.
